     IBS is expanding its business in Europe, with a focus on providing low-cost and efficient banking services to companies trading with China.
     On March 29, 2017, IBS's wholly-owned subsidiary of Lithuania, UAB "IBS Lithuania" (www.ibsettle.com), obtained the Electronic Money Institution license (Electronic Money Institution) issued by the Lithuanian Central Bank. The lience is valid for the whole EU and indefinitely. It can open accounts for businesses and individuals from all over the world and provide electronic currency issuance, exchange and payment services to all European countries. This is the first time a Chinese company has obtained this permit in Lithuania.

       IBS Europe can open multi-currency accounts and provide cross-border electronic money services such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and exchanges for the entire Europe; complete cross-European and global fund transfer and settlement; issue IBAN payment cards and provide prepayment, debit, credit and other services; and provide payment channels for European e-commerce business. IBS European account is opened in the Central Bank of Lithuania, directly connected to the European Central Bank’s single euro payment area system SEPA (The Single Euro Payments Area), which can freely and efficiently complete the 28 member countries of the Euro area, including banks and payment companies Fund transfer between other financial institutions. IBS European foreign currency accounts are opened in commercial banks in the euro zone, supporting various common foreign currencies such as the US dollar, RMB, and Japanese yen. It can complete fund transfers and cross-border settlement with banking institutions around the world.

        While serving financial institutions such as banks and third-party payment service providers, IBS Europe also directly provides financial services including account opening and payment, currency exchange, deposits, and payment card issuance for trading companies and individuals; Cooperate with Chinese financial institutions, trading platforms, and logistics companies to provide end-to-end capital services and supply chain financial services, and further improve the financial product service system.
